The staff at this clinic is phenomenal! They are kind, compassionate, and patient. We have been there multiple times unfortunately and every experience has been top notch care.

We took our boy Theo in 8/6/26 as a very emergent situation. The receptionist was very helpful when I called and sent 2 techs out to my car with a stretcher to bring Theo in. Staff came out to ask me an important question regarding his care in a critical moment as we were in the waiting area. They kept the conversation private so others waiting could not hear. A few minutes later we were called back to an exam room and told that Theo was actively passing. They brought him to us to say our goodbyes and they gave us the option of letting him pass naturally or to help him pass more quickly. As Theo's condition went from completely normal to critical in less than an hour the vet told us about the very aggressive cancer that we were unaware he had. While the outcome was not what we had hoped for, I cannot commend this team for their kindness, professionalism and compassion for both Theo and his family. Sincerely, Jamie Kent

We were treated with compassion, patience, and kindness on one of our hardest days when we unexpectedly had to put our sweet Darcy down. Everyone we interacted with was professional and gave us as much time as we need to say goodbye.
