Dr. Victoria along with everyone at the clinic is so pleasant. I feel that she treated us like we were the only ones there. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would recommend them.

Dr Nicole and her vet techs were wonderful with our very large and lovable lab! They had patience, kindness and humor dealing with energy! Thank you!

Staff are always cordial and welcoming, making me feel like a valued customer. More important, Maizie is~ and has been for nine years~ treated like "The Best Springer, Ever." She has never shown the least bit of anxiety in your clinic. Even when she needs to be restrained for blood draws, inoculations, or anal gland procedure, staff are gentle and nurturing all the while. "Maizo" has always loved physical contact from humans and J.V.C. staff meet that need/reassurance.

As always, getting to see a veterinarian at Janesville Veterinary Clinic (west side) was what my dog Milo needed. He now is an allergy dog with a treatment plan and other Plan B options. Allergies in dogs are frustrating for both the dog and their guardian. And, Janesville Clinic veterinarians do a great job of explaining the allergy condition and the protocol.
