Wonderful staff and always a welcoming atmosphere for any animal and their varied needs and ailments! I haven't met another human that tops Heather's empathy and compassion for our fellow mortals that bring us such joy!

DO NOT GO HERE. They made a billing error on my 2 dogs’ cremation. As our family was in the room greiving, they come in and apologize and tell us that they’ll take care of it, fast forward a few weeks and they are rude and confrontational and refusing to give us our dogs unless we pay for their mistake. We even had a receipt that said we’d paid in full. we have been loyal customers/patients for 20 years and have never carried a balance. Such a shame that they have become so greedy, the feelings of their patients and families are an afterthought to profit. Disgusting clinic, please do not come here, go somewhere where they practice medicine with compassion. It’s a true shame I must write this review.

My sheepadoodle dog is regularly seen by Dr. Victoria but I recently had to bring him in for what seemed like a back injury. Even though she was booked solid on a Friday, she kindly squeezed him in and within the first few minutes of the visit, she was able to figure out what was wrong. She gets down on the floor at your dog’s level to make them feel comfortable and is a compassionate provider. She took the time to answer my questions and was empathetic. I truly feel that she doesn’t push any unnecessary interventions. I was especially thankful for her this last week, I can’t thank her and her kind assistant enough.
